Kicked out for no reason
Me and my brother. Lost everything in a house fire so we checked into super 8 .we lost everything and I told the guy that was working that people was gonna come with donations.the lady from are church came and gave us 2 bags of clothes and what we didn't want she took back with her she was there about a hour.
Then the redcross came and give us money for diffrent things we might need she was there a little over a hour.and the guy that was working I told him what they was there for.he said that was fine.but he called the managers that was on vacation that we had alot of traffic and alot of garbage in the hallway.that is not true the women took the clothes back with them that didn't fit.
The next day I went to pay for the room they made us leave because of all the traffic.and the so called garbage in the hallway.we got are stuff togeather and waited outside for a hour for the people to give us a ride to a shelter where both disabled in are 60s it was very cold.that is so wrong the people at the shelter couldn't believe we was treated like that after loosening everything we had in a fire. But that's what happened

Me and my Summer staying at Super 8 we stayed one night I went up and paid for the next night the next morning about 7:30 in the morning right around 11:00 I'm going to work and my son and his girlfriend were in the room and the lady automatically at 11:00 came in our room open the door and walked right in and said it smells like smoke in here I didn't think they could do that then they kicked us out call the police on me cuz I wouldn't leave because I demanded my money back the police while I said they didn't even smell my smoke and it was the first Blizzard of the year where I'm at it was so cold and we had nowhere to go and no money

My husband checked into the hotel and the desk clerk made a copy of his license along with his debit card. She made over $700 in fraudulent charges and some were denied on the card.
Some charges were made at line 3am and also on the weekend when we were not even in the state. She had paid for her room with his card and ordered food. I complained to the owner and asked for all my signed receipts for a certain time frame and it was like pulling teeth to even get 3 receipts and the mistake they made of sending me the photo copy She had made of my debit card. The owner is either confident that he can get away with a felony or stupid one of the two.
I emailed yesterday telling him that I wanted my money back or he would pay attorney fees and court costs but did not get a reply or a refund. So today I'm going full throttle to expose this bunch of what they are doing to their customers.

I pay for my room online I didn't see any notice about a $50 cash deposit so when I get there and find out about that I have to pay $50 cash I can't use my card as a deposit on my room for this day and I was informed of this information by an employee at the front desk that had the customer service skills of a piranha very rude couldn't be bothered type attitude I went ahead and went to my room I wanted to do was take a shower and go to sleep which is exactly what I did I get up the next morning check out I say to the teller that I meant to make sure that I get my $50 cash deposit back the $50 deposit which I normally would see a hotel clerk put in an envelope and market with the room number and the person that was giving it to them mind you to take a step back I handed this lady to 25 and some ones to get be able to have the whole $50 when the teller behind the desk handed me my money back she was filling out my receipt form she hands it to me it was folded up I didn't think anything about it I'm getting my return money from a hotel clerk why would I question that I put it in my purse I signed my receipt stating that I received the cash about 3 hours later I leave my job to go get some lunch and when I hand the cashier the money I'm informed that I have a counterfeit $50 bill and when they said that I thought well that's crazy after looking at it if I would have taken a look at it before I put it in my purse I would not have left super 8 with it in my pocket because it was not only counterfeit it was one of the worst counterfeits that could possibly be out there it was terrible look like a kindergartener had done it so not only was I giving a counterfeit $50 bill to leave the premises with I undoubtedly believe that it was done maliciously and purposely by the either employee or the superiors of super 8 possibly they we're swindled by someone and they just thought they would pass it on I immediately called the hotel where I was greeted with another rude person that proceeded to ask me 10,000 questions about how do I know that it was counterfeit who gave it to me clearly this was just several hours after I had checked out so it would have been the person that was still at the front desk I would think considering I checked in at midnight and it was a different clerk I believe the person answering your phone was the exact person that gave me the bill she pursued it to tell me that their manager was not there but she wasn't there the night that I checked in either and mind you it's the middle of the afternoon the next day so I'm not sure what hours the managers work there but I dare you to catch one actually on site and she proceeded to tell me that she could not just refund my money and of course I was upset because truthfully that was the last bit of cash that I had on me until I got paid at the end of the week so now I am stuck with no lunch no gas in my car and a counterfeit $50 bill the lady proceeded to tell me that someone would get in touch with the manager and I said don't you need my phone number to return my call and let me know what is going on and when I can come collect my money she said no that's okay why don't you just call back sure I am now in the middle of my work day having to deal with a counterfeit $50 bill while being hungry and really wondering how I'm going to get my car home without having the money to put gas in it and by all means why would I not call back when you were the ones that gave me the counterfeit 50 and it put me in the situation that is more than uncomfortable I hung up call back a little while later I get put on hold and no one ever returns and I called the next morning I leave a message for this mystery manager and it is now 6:00 p.m. in the evening and I have yet to get any type of contact back what do I do I need my money back and I think that these people probably should not be employed with super 8 I will never stay at another super 8 Branch or Wyndham hotel as long as I live don't stay anywhere near these hotels

Not sure who I'm suppose to contact but I'm trying to make chain/ dept aware of conditions at a hotel that carries your name and logo.. I'm stayed in Garland Texas last night at super 8 garland hotel (11421 Lyndon b Johnson freeway, Garland TX). I stayed in room 225. I sent pictures to Expedia and got refunded immediately.
Point is the continuation of their conditions and opperations is why I'm contacting. Broken doors. Ripped out fire alarms. Unclean conditions.
This place needs to be health dept inspected. I felt unsafe. Hotel lies about amenities as well. They claim pool is closed due to covid.
Because it's indoor. Block away work out club has indoor pool and it's active. But it's Advertised "pool open". Also advertises free breakfast.
Front desk said NO breakfast. Advertises coffee maker in room. There's no coffee maker. My #1 complaint though is I felt unsafe.
Door to room looked like it has been kicked in and barely closed. Smoke detector in room is ripped out. No lamp shades. Cigarette burns on everything including bed and blankets.
Nail polish smears on walls. Spray paint on walls.
Holes in walls. Door to bathroom is falling apart and won't close so there is no privacy.

Kicked out for no reason
We checked into your motel .and the reason we was there we had a house fire and lost everything .we checked into Super eight in moberly mo.and I told the guy that was working there would be people bringing us donations and the redcross would be buy and talk to us.and he said that was fine.well a woman came by with clothes and she was there for about a hour to see if the clothes fit.alot of them didn't so I helped her out with them.well the guy that was working called the managers that was out of town on vacation and told them we had alot of traffic and we left garbage in the hallway. The traffic was redcross and then our pastors wife with clothes.and the clothes that didn't fit she sit out side the door.and when she left she took them with her and she come back for 5 minutes to bring us something to eat and the money to pay for the room the next day.but when I went to pay for the room the next morning the woman said we had to leave I ask her why and she said what I just told you.and we had to be out by checkout.we had no place to go so we had to leave the motel.so we called our pastor and had to go to a shelter.we are both disabled and in our 60s it was very hurtful that a motel that we stayed at when we went out of town or vacations would treat us like that after we lost everything in a fire.thats what happened and where still in a shelter where people are trying to help us.there is a few good people out there.but I thought Super 8 was great to
