Never received y refund

Booked 2 nights. Had car issues. Went for the 2nd night and front desk said my reservation was already canceled and no refunds. I called the first night to tell them I might not make it. They just canceled both nights and kept my money. After complaining I was told I would get a refund for one night but it has been 7 days and they won't refund me.do mot

Mad for being embarrassed by staff kicked out of a paid in full room

My husband and I came in to town by Lyft and we got stuck there we did not to deserve the way we got treated told like children where to eat. Had to eat in the dinning area not in our room was made to pay double each day when I went through booking to get the room reserved before we got there .

So when my husband went in to sign the paperwork she made him pay again the third day I was wondering why my money was so low we caught on she was making both of us pay. That's not the way to treat anyone especially to disabled people they don't have much money in the.

We were pushed out in the heat I want a full refund for those three days I don't think I need to be given anything but an apology I want what I paid in. Booking recipe I have but what about what we paid at super 8 she never gave us a paper recipe so I don't want to be compensated with a room because I'm not in Palestine Texas anymore we were there just to help a friend we live in Katy Texas ..

Since then the only thing they have done is take full blame an said they did. But nothing on refunding my money.

They haven't even offered anything... Now booking offered one free night .. that doesn't even cover for the double payments I did for the first 2 days. Plus the day I paid for and got rudely removed from a in-full paid room...

5 days after that was horrible stuck in a town without any way out and all my money gone... I've been very patient with them still I get nothing from them not even a apology.

I arrived at 12:10pm. I waited over 30 minutes in line before I asked the guest at the window if there was anyone there.

He said no but there was a there was a phone number on a sticky note. There were 2 guest waiting when i got there. when I called the number the first time no one answered. I called again and the man said he forgot to take his number down and someone should be there shortly then hung up.

He called back to say someone might be there in five minutes. I called at 10pm to inform the attendant I would be arriving around midnight because we're coming from Decatur il and still had 2 hours to drive. It was a woman who I spoke with the guest time.

I thought it would be courtesy to let them know I'm still coming. I canceled my reservation and found a new hotel to stay at.

Preferred solution: I want to cancel my reservation and I don't want to be charged for one night. They tried to charge my card before I checked in and my credit card company denied the charges because they thought it was fraud.

I booked ahead to get a better rate from web site and didn't give permission to hit my debit card and when I arrived at super 8 Fayetteville Arkansas to check in I was cancelled along with the $1100 being taken from my checking account, without my permission!

Roaches in my room

ON SUNDAY JANUARY 15TH AT APPROXIMATELY 7:30 PM I MADE A RESERVATION WITH ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESANTATIVES FOR TWO ROOMS FOR MONDAY JANUARY 16TH. I DID THIS ON SPEAKER PHONE WITH TWO OTHER PEOPLE.

WE LOOKED AT THE WEATHER FORECAST FOR OUR AREA FOR THE TUESDAY AND SAW THAT THERE WAS A MAJOR STORM FORECAST SO WE BOOKED THE ROOMS NEAR THE HAMILTON AIRPORT BECAUSE WE HAD FLIGHTS BOOKED FOR WEDNESDAY JANUARY 17TH. I GAVE YOUR REP MY CREDIT CARD AND HE E MAILED ME THE ITINERARY. I DIDN'T LOOK AT IT BECAUSE I WAS CONFIDENT THAT ALL WAS OKAY. WE DIDN'T FIND OUT THAT YOUR REP HAD BOOKED US FOR THE WRONG NIGHT UNTIL WE GOT TO THE HOTEL AND THEY COULDN'T FIND OUR RESERVATION.

THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR TWO MORE ROOMS AND I COULD CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH I DID. THE GIRL LOOKED UP THE FILE AND TOLD US THAT I HADN'T BEEN CHARGED. IT WAS ONLY PENDING AND WOULD DISAPPEAR. PLEASE REIMBURSE ME FOR $293.80 FOR THE CHARGES.

DontThey keep changing my price after I reserve the room and then said its not their website and its not aloud and that will be fals advertisement and is there the case I want to sue and get this place shut done Im not playing no games here so lets do it the first day I only had to pay 275 and they made me pay 359 and the next time I had to pay only 109 and they charged it to 132 and then yesterdays I only had to pay 198 and they charged me 290 that very bad

Did you book thru the brand or a 3rd partyman, like Expedia or Priceline? Did you stay the night? If so, why do you deserve a full refund?

When I check into my room and after I took pictures of everything I did not stay I left so that's why I deserve a full refund

Sadly there are many people who stay, and lie about the conditions to get a refund. They even go as far as using photoshop, or downloading pictures off the internet to make it look like the hotel was in that condition.

Sadly, because of these thieves, liars and scammers it makes it difficult for honest people like you. But that person, nor I work for the hotel, so you have to keep calling them I guess.

If you booked thru a 3rd party, those are usually non-refundable. If you booked directly with the brand and the manager refuses to give a refund, there is not much you can do.

Super 8 hotels are all franchised-owned, so if the owner is not willing to give a refund, there is not much you can do. You could try to dispute with your bank but the bank will most likely side with the hotel, as too many people do stay in hotels and then dispute the charges because they want their money back so they can go rent again somewhere else.

Complaint/refund

I stayed 3 night at the location in bridgeview IL. I work over nights the first day when I came back from work I noticed that they entered my room without my consent and told the front desk that I do not need anybody to change towels to please not go into my room while I'm not there he said he put it in the computer.the next morning I came back from work I just fell asleep then again the maids were trying to enter my room at 9 am while I was asleep they woke me up disrespected my privacy and my sleep .
